Maskers Theatre Company records personal data of supporters, with consent, in order to keep them informed of our shows and our other activities that may be of interest. We keep details of the name, post code and email address of supporters. We use the email address to email the information above; and the post code, when appropriate, to tailor communications to supporters within a certain geographical distance from one of our venues, so that supporters receive information about shows and activities that are reasonably close to them.
Data is only collected when specific consent has been given (such as completing the form above). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Data will be kept for no more than three years before a request is made for renewal of consent.
Data may be shared with other organisations in pursuance of the above objectives, such as an email newsletter service, for the sole purpose of assisting us to meet the objectives above but will not be shared for any other purpose without express permission.
